Sausages Prepared the Traditional Way
While we produce a number of meat products, we specialize in sausages at Dan’s Custom Sausages.
Our sausages are created using simple recipes, many of which you can find throughout Europe. We use specially selected spices in our sausages to bring the best flavours of the meat out. You won’t find filler ingredients in any of our products.
All our sausages are prepared by hand. The brining, curing and smoking process for our sausages takes days or even weeks to produce the highest quality meat products.
